Who you're actually hiring

A Denver company with a dedicated operations team.

You are about to hand a partner your NPI, your patient roster and your remittance data. We say plainly who is on the other end.

CredSpun LLC is a U.S. company based in Denver, Colorado. The day-to-day billing and credentialing work is done by a dedicated operations team outside the U.S. — under a BAA signed before any access, and the six data rules below.

Where we are and how we are organised

CredSpun LLC is a U.S. company based at 1500 N Grant St, Ste R, Denver, CO 80203, and works with outpatient practices across the United States. Your contract and BAA are with the U.S. company; the day-to-day billing and credentialing work is done by a dedicated operations team outside the U.S.

We say that plainly because you are trusting us with your NPI, your patient roster and your remittance data. Every engagement starts with a signed Business Associate Agreement, and access is scoped to the task, logged to a named person and revoked the day the engagement ends.

What we believe about billing

Revenue leaks at the handoffs between stages, so we take the whole cycle — from eligibility before the visit to AR follow-up after it — rather than one step of it. A denial is evidence of an upstream mistake, so we fix the cause, not just the claim. And a practice should be able to leave: terms are month to month with 30 days' notice, and your data leaves with you at no exit charge.

What we are

A team that does the work — not a platform you have to run.

Software still assumes somebody on your side works the denial queue. If you had that person spare, you wouldn't be reading this.

Onboarding

Switching billing companies without a cash gap.
