Pick a time that suits you. We'll walk through your claims, denials and payer enrollment, and tell you what we'd fix first.
Questions
Before you get in touch.
How quickly will you reply?
Within one business day. If you send an aging summary, the written findings usually follow within a week.
What should I send for a review?
An AR aging summary by payer and a list of recent denial reasons. Exports from your practice management system are fine. Please leave out patient names and identifiers.
What does the free practice review cover?
Five things: your clean claim rate and first-pass resolution, denial reasons by payer, aging including balances past 90 days, suspected underpayments against your contracted rates, and payer panels you aren't enrolled with. Each finding comes with its likely cause and what it is worth.
Is the review free?
Yes. You get the findings in writing whether or not you work with us. If it makes sense to work together, we quote from what the review finds: billing as a percentage of collections, credentialing per application, and front-office coverage monthly.
I'm opening a new practice. What should I send?
You don't need an aging report. Tell us your opening date, your providers and the payers you want to be in-network with, and we'll send back a credentialing plan that works backwards from your first day of billing.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes. A Business Associate Agreement is signed before we access any system or patient data.
Do you work with practices in every state?
We work with outpatient practices across the United States.
