Patient billing support that gets statements paid

A patient who doesn't understand a statement doesn't pay it. Clear statements and a person to call close that gap.

What we handle

  • Statement cycles and balance notices
  • Inbound patient billing calls
  • Payment plan setup and monitoring
  • Cost and coverage questions
  • Follow-up before a write-off

Fewer surprises at the source

Most patient balance disputes start with a co-pay or deductible nobody mentioned. Because eligibility and benefits are verified before the visit, patient responsibility can be explained up front — and the statement that follows matches what the patient was told.

Handled with care

Patient calls are handled under the same data rules as the rest of your account: BAA signed before access, access scoped to the task, named logins, and access revoked the day an engagement ends.

Before a balance is written off

A patient balance should only be written off after the patient has had clear statements, a chance to ask questions and an offer of a payment plan. We run that sequence on every balance and report what was collected, what is on a plan and what remains, so write-offs are a decision you make rather than something that happens by default.
