What gets set up
- EDI enrollment so claims are submitted electronically
- ERA enrollment so remittance arrives electronically and posts cleanly
- EFT setup so payments are deposited directly
- Payer portal access for status checks and appeals
- Clearinghouse configuration and test submissions
Clearinghouse-agnostic
We don't push a clearinghouse. We configure the one you already use, and we work inside your practice management system — athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, Tebra / Kareo, AdvancedMD, SimplePractice, DrChrono, TherapyNotes, Practice Fusion, Office Ally, Open Dental and others.
When it matters most
New clinics and newly credentialed providers need EDI, ERA and EFT in place for every payer before the first claim goes out. Each enrollment runs on the payer's own timeline, so we start it alongside credentialing rather than after it.
EDI, ERA and EFT, in plain terms
EDI enrollment lets your clearinghouse submit claims (the 837 file) to a payer electronically. ERA enrollment sends the payer's remittance back electronically (the 835 file), so payments and denials post automatically instead of being keyed from paper. EFT enrollment deposits the payment straight into your bank account. Each is a separate enrollment with each payer, and a missing one shows up as paper claims, paper remittances or paper checks.
