What this website collects
credspun.com does not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and does not set cookies.
Like any web server, ours records standard request logs — IP address, date and time, page requested, browser user agent and referring page. These logs are used only to keep the site running and secure, and are not combined with other information to identify you.
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, practice details and any reports you attach. We use it only to reply to you and to prepare the review or quote you asked for.
Job applications
If you apply for a job through our careers pages, we receive what you enter in the form — your name, email, phone number, city and state, the role, your experience, certifications, software you have used, LinkedIn profile, start date and any note — and the resume or CV you attach. The form sends this to our hiring inbox by email; the website itself does not store it.
We use application information only to consider you for employment at CredSpun, and we share it only with the people involved in hiring. We keep it for up to two years so we can contact you about future openings, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Patient information is handled separately
Please do not send protected health information through this website or by email before an engagement begins. Patient information we handle for a client practice is processed only under a signed Business Associate Agreement, with access scoped to the task, logged to a named person and revoked the day the engagement ends, as required by HIPAA. That agreement, not this policy, governs patient data.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell, rent or share personal information for advertising. We share it only with service providers that host our website and email, where needed to operate them, or where the law requires it. We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@credspun.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we will honour requests made under them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. This version was last updated on October 11, 2026.
